Private Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga Session
Looking for a personalized yoga experience during pregnancy or after having your baby? We offer private, in-home yoga sessions designed for your specific needs. We service central and east Auckland and other areas on inquiry.
Whether you’re in your first, second, or third trimester, or you’ve recently given birth, our private sessions are tailored to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and connected to your body.
With a flexible schedule, you can book a session that works for you, and we’ll come to your home—making it easy to get the yoga practice you need without the stress of leaving the house or arranging childcare.
These sessions are great for:

Pricing:
• $70 new client offer
• $80 for a 60-minute session

To schedule a session:
1. Submit an Inquiry:

2. Confirmation:
• We will review your submission and confirm availability.
• Once confirmed, we will send payment details via email.
• Your booking is finalised upon receipt of payment.
